We always squeeze the olives cold to ensure the quality and respect of the product we offer, to preserve its flavour, aroma and not to disperse the natural antioxidant elements of the oil.
The taste of our oil is harmonious and fruity, with bitter and spicy notes, always indicators of a genuine product.
